Grade 12- Semester End Reflection

This semester,  English 12 has been an outstanding learning experience for me.  I got an incredible chance to learn some new skills, that I will always remember. For instance, I got an opportunity to expand on my vocabulary and some oral speaking too which have enhanced my communication skills. Furthermore, I also got a chance to interact and make some new friends in the class. I believe that I have become a more confident and independent person- but I am sad that English is coming to an end, and we only have two weeks left. Moving on, I significantly enjoyed reading Hamlet, I got a chance to learn new vocabulary and the play was  well written too, by Shakespeare.  On the other hand, I faced some challenges too in English. One thing that I wish I did better on were the synthesis essays. I remember that I never got higher than an 18 on the essays, so I wish I had worked harder on that. However, I have been reading some level 6 synthesis essay examples, on the provincial website. I will be writing more for practice, and to understand the writing structure so that I can improve. Lastly, this course has been such a memorable time for me. I will always cherish it, and how it impacted me.
