The question that I choose for my Inquiry research project was; “How much does physical appearance impact on how people are perceived by society?" I was interested to know why a person's looks can be very important to them. In addition, I covered racial profiling, different time periods, media influences and any observations I had for my question. Also, when I presented my research to the class, I was happy that I could explain my points. And I concluded that, looks may have a strong impact on one, but each person must look past that. I also discussed about racial discrimination and how it can effect our lives. I noticed some of my class mates were shocked when they saw the video. The video was about a young black boy at the mall, and he was arrested for something that he paid for. It was obvious he arrested because oh his skin color. Lastly, my last slide was a picture that I found on twitter and it really got to me!
